What is the dress code?

Our dress code is garden formal, black-tie optional. We’d like to see all our favorite people dress up with us!

For men: A tuxedo or formal dark suit with a tie or bow tie is preferred.

For women: A floor-length gown or midi-length dress is preferred. Floral patterns and summertime colors are encouraged! Please avoid wearing shades of white and yellow as these colors are reserved for the wedding party.

Where is the wedding venue?

Our wedding venue is in Buena Vista Colorado, which is within a 2-hour drive from Denver.

What is the wedding weekend itinerary?

All guests are invited to join us for our Welcome Party on Friday, June 20th, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Terrace on Main. Our wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 21st, at 4:30 PM at the Surf Hotel. Following the ceremony, we invite you to celebrate with us at our reception, featuring dinner and dancing, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The festivities will continue with an after-party from 10:00 PM to midnight at the Wesley and Rose Lobby Bar at the Surf Hotel. We can't wait to share these special moments with you!

What accommodations are available for guests?

What time should I arrive?

We were hoping you’d ask! The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 30 min before the ceremony to allow time to grab a drink and for seating.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with dinner and our reception indoors.

Will all wedding day Events be at the same location?

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will occur at the Surf Hotel.

What’s for dinner?

We’ll be serving a plated dinner with food from local farms and ranches! If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs. Kindly share this information when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to provide options that suit you.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you wish to give something, we kindly ask for monetary contributions towards our honeymoon in Italy this September! Visit our gifts page for more details on the activities we are hoping to fund on our trip!

Are children Welcome?

Our wedding will be an adults-only event. Enjoy a fun date night with us!
